You are able to access all features of the website which includes minimum product quantities and wholesale prices, once an account has been set up.
I have not dealt with Biggie Best before. How can I get an account?
Please email email@example.com and we will send you an account application form. Once this is completed and sent back to us we will be in touch. As soon as you hear from us you are free to set up your online trading account and place an order. Please refer to trading terms and conditions with regards to minimum order requirements and transport charges.
I’m an existing Biggie Best account holder do I need to set up an account on your new website?
If you have never used our website before then the answer is Yes ! In order for you to get your own unique username and password for our new website you will need to set up your online trading account. To do this just click SIGN UP on the site and enter your details. If you have used our website before then all you need to do is resent you password on the new site by clikcing the password reset button
Is it possible to change my personal account details?
Yes, although you must have an account to change your personal account details. All you have to do is log into your account and click on the billing or delivery address and edit in order to change your details.
I don’t see prices of anything!
In order to see prices you will need to login to the site using your unique username and password.
What can I do on the new site I could not do on the old one?
This site is packed with extra features. You can keep your shopping basket running and add items weekly or daily before finally placing your order. You can review all old orders and easily re-order on any good selling items. You will also get a better product experience with improved product photographs.
I do not want to order £400 for my first order, can I still place a smaller order?
I’m afraid not. In order to make sure our items sell through your store we need to have a presence of some kind.
Is it possible to amend my order once I have placed it?
Fortunately once an order has been placed we do have the capacity to be able to add or amend to it as long as it has not left us yet Please contact our customer services if you require any further help through email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I place an order over the telephone?
Unfortunately we do not have the facility to order over the phone. We feel verbal orders lead to mistakes which we aim to avoid.
How will my order be delivered?
Usually we deliver all goods on a pallet. We feel goods are more protected this way. Our transport partner SUREWAY will book in pallet deliveries in advance. If the order is comprised of only textile items we may send by courier due to the minimum risk of damages.
Will someone need to sign for the delivery?
All our parcels require a signature however if you are happy for your goods to be left in a safe place then please ensure you state this in the relevant box during the checkout process. By specifying a place that you would like the carrier to leave the parcel without a signature you are accepting liability if the goods go missing. Alternatively you can change the delivery address where someone will be in to accept the delivery.
I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
Please contact us via email at email@example.com. Please specify the problem with the product and we will advise you of further action. It is helpful in the case of damaged products if the customer is able to send a picture showing the fault. Due to audit/vat requirements we do require all damages to be specified in writing to us.
Do you ship internationally?
We can ship internationally. Transport rates on this site are for UK mainland orders only. Once we have received an international order we will obtain a transport quotation form our partners and get in touch with you.
Is your entire range on your website?
Unlike other wholesalers Biggie Best does not produce 2 ranges per year. We believe retailers need new things all the time so we aim to offer new items monthly throughout the year. We therefore are constantly adding new items to our site so it is worthwhile to check in online as often as you can.
Is everything on your site in stock?
Yes, we only put items on our site that we currently have stock of.
I’m looking for an item that I don’t see on your site, will it be coming back into stock?
Generally once an item is sold out and not showing on the website it will be discontinued and not stocked again. The best bet is to keep watching the site as if anything does come back it will immediately be put online. Any queries please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Is your site secure?
All Credit Card data transmitted between you and our site is protected using strong SSL encryption technology, and we do not store or retain your payment details. Your payment is processed using Sage Pay and we do not have access to your credit or debit card details.
